The App had promise, then you find that 90% of the pictures are utterly useless. Then, when you DO get the desired effect it crashes mid load. Nuff said!

crash crash crash...wont run long enough to produce a single image. this borders on theft. give your dollar to a homeless person instead.

Not sure why people are bashing on this app. Instagram is to hipsters as Decim8 is to hackers. Great app but I wish it didnt alert me about EVERYTHING

The glitch effects looks cool but the interface is cumbersome and it crashes a lot. Also, I wish it was adapted to the iPad screen.

Anyone who doesnt appreciate what this app can do is stuck in the 20th century and you should avoid them at all costs.

This is how it works; The user selects the FX button on the bottom right of the screen then picks an effect or a combination of effects from a list (of which the names and/or icons are little to no help at all in indicating what the given effect does). After selection is complete the user presses the FX button again to exit the list. But the image does not change, the user must then press the PROCESS button to get a sample of how the effect looks on the chosen image. If you dont like how it looks you can then press the RETRY button and the app will reprocess the effect on the image and give a different result. Problem is the RETRY button is located on the top right corner, a very awkward location to repeatedly press while holding an iPad. So youve pressed the process button, dont like the result and want to try a completely different effect all together. Well there is NO undo button, so if you dont want your next effect added on top of the one you just decided you didnt like, you have to go and re-open the image again! What a HUGE WASTE OF TIME!! Also, landscape orientation is not supported. The lack of an undo button coupled with its cumbersome UI and uninformative effects list would have landed this app in the one star category for me had it not been for some of the cool effects you can come up with. On second thought I change my rating to ONE STAR, because of the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get any results.

Great app! U have to be patient and randomize effects till u fall on some crazy combination. Works great! Most creative effects out there on the app store!

When I first downloaded this app it worked pretty well, but now it almost immediately crashes when I open it. So disappointing!

Please update the app for iOS 6, it keeps crashing on my iPad 2

makes such cool effects- and despite what some people think, very easy and simple to use.

I didnt want to rate it before the update because it wasnt working on ios5 but now its working fine.

Dont waste your money. Really bad app. Its random effects that dont make sense. Waste of time and money.

OMG I LOVE the update, absolutely LOVE it. It was hard to get used to at first, but its great how the randomize button and the effects button is so close and handy. I love the new design, the flask bottle is my favourite. Hasnt crashed for me (surprising because I do abuse it) and its 100x better than the other versions. Looooove it. I just had to come and say how much I love the pop up messages from you whenever I open the app. I feel like decim8 is a robot with a persons mind. Do send more messages, I love reading them :)

The effects are amazing! Im looking forward to future updates!

The buttons on the main screen are not intuitive because I keep forgetting what happens when you press them. If this app could revert back to your original image that would be great. It would also be great to apply an effect and undo it if I dont like the result. These are huge barriers to me using the app.

App keeps crashing, cant get this app to do anything. Restarted several times, still no luck. It was working for a bit at first but now not at all. Disappointed.

I used to have a lot of fun with this app, but now it just crashes.
